1-on-1 Discipleship

The heartbeat of what we do. There is no substitute for sitting down with one person, week after week, opening God's Word together, and watching what He does.

Jesus had crowds, but He had twelve. And inside the twelve, He had three. Discipleship is slow, personal, and deeply ordinary — a weekly meeting, a meal, a walk across campus, a hard conversation. It's where the gospel goes from idea to life.

Every week, we're sitting down with students one-on-one. Some are walking with God for the first time. Some have been for years and are learning how to lead. Some are still figuring out whether they believe any of it. We meet them where they are.

The Disciple-Making Cycle
1
Lost
A student who doesn't yet know Christ.
→
2
Believer
We share & process the gospel. They give their life to Christ.
→
3
Established
A firm foundation in the Word, prayer, fellowship, and evangelism.
→
4
Disciple-Maker
A laborer — equipped to do the same with someone else.
Then they go back to the lost and start the cycle again.

Build a Campus-Changing Leader

The day I got to baptize Chase

Chase — from interest, to following, to leading others

Chase has gone from having an interest in God, to following God, and now is growing a heart to lead others. He started a Bible study in his fraternity, and is beginning to disciple his little, Adam.

To get to this place required much prayer, effort, and money. I met and talked to over 100 guys last year in order to find the one campus-changing leader, Chase. The harvest is ripe for harvest, and we have our leader in the saddle. Help us labor and reap this harvest of souls.

Our prayer is to be a world-changing couple by building many campus-changing leaders. Please help us do that, one person at a time.
